Media Day (athletes + key symposium speakers)

- Social assets: “Welcome to Paradise” arrivals + speaker/athlete promos
Welcome Reception for early arrivals, high-level sponsors, government/VIP stakeholders
- Light remarks + networking (VIP-heavy)

Youth Football Camp (Ages 7–10 | 2 hours)
- Warm-ups

- Mini scrimmage
Lunch break / athlete downtime

- Team selections: 4 teams, hosted by 2 athletes per team
- Camp teams set for Day 3 scrimmage (prizes for winning team)

Business Symposium Dinner — Presented by (Financial Institution and/or Real Estate Firm)
- Intimate dinner for athletes + investor symposium guests
- Presenting sponsor remarks / short presentation
- Guests traveling in for the weekend invited at cost
- Live entertainment / DJ (post-dinner networking)

Content Day in the Community (Select Athletes + Speakers)
- Destination experiences (tours, cultural moments, signature sites)
- Optional: major sponsor facility visits
- Filming + social content capture throughout
Camp Scrimmage Event
- 4 teams return to camp site
- Games to 5 points (each score = 1 point)
- Offense vs defense
- Flag only — NO tackling
- Winners announced + Camp MVP awards
Athletes return to host hotel for wind-down / recovery
Farewell Dinner at Host Hotel — Presented by (Government Entity Opportunity)
- Buffet-style dinner
- Remarks to close out (destination + partners)
Official After Party at local club
- Athletes + international guests transported
- Venue branded as “Official After Party of Paradise All-Pro Weekend”
- Sponsors, government officials, and VIPs mingle with athletes + symposium speakers + incoming guests
